TBowl Concept Restaurant

Went to this restaurant on 08th Mar 2008, after a long day shopping with my mom and sis. Actually all the while, I wanted to blog about food...taken so many pictures for those food I have tried, but drag until now. Tbowl restaurant located at Queensbay Mall, at the same floor with the cinema, and you can see it right after you go up with the escalator. As like what it named, the whole restaurant use up toilet bowl as the concept, the chair, the bowl and the table, as you can see in the picture above all use the toilet bowl.

It was quite crowded that time, and we got to wait like bout 15-20 min. But there was not really many tables available as the space of the shop is limited. We have ordered 5 dishes, hahha...as we were really hungry that time.

First, we ordered this, curry potato served with bread. Well, the taste kinda normal and acceptable.

Then we ordered this, BBQ chicken. We thought it just served as 2 sticks of BBQ chicken, but actually it served with fried rice as well. The fried rice was like no taste, and the BBQ sauce for the chicken taste not so good, it was not like BBQ taste.

I have ordered this for myself, Fish with Lemon Sauce Rice. All of us kinda like this dish, the lemon sauce was rich, and fish was fresh and really nice when eat with rice.

My sis ordered this for herself, Cheesy Grilled Chicken rice. We thought this will be the famous in the menu, but we kinda dissapointed. The cheese was not tasty, and the chicken was not nice at all.

Lastly, also the nicest dish -> Seafood Tom Yam soup. I have to recommend this strongly. The taste of the tom yam soup was thick enough, and we all were like non stop drinking it. The seafood was fresh too.

Overal, the food in this restaurant were not so bad. The price is standard and acceptable. I think I'll go back to eat again, especially the tom yam soup! hahhaa....
